In the beginning of 2023 I was working a job that left me over worked, overwhelmed and burnt out. I was unhappy and unfulfilled and longed to do something different but didn’t know what that was; all I knew is I was done working jobs that didn’t add value to my life!
With an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for beauty and self-care, I knew I wanted to be my own boss. After getting my first spray tan for my wedding in 2022, it clicked—this was the industry for me. Helping others feel confident became my mission, and sunless tanning was the perfect fit. Once certified, I took a leap of faith to start my business and build a brand focused on helping people look and feel their best.

I’m Mikayla, the face behind Artistry by Mikayla. I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 8 years, specializing in nails and now offering spray tanning. While I’m also certified in waxing and lashes, my passion has always been creating beautiful nails and helping clients glow with confidence.
From working in salons to opening my own in-home studio, I bring years of hands-on experience, dedication, and a deep love for this industry to every appointment.
